What the site stores
The site stores exactly one thing in your browser: your language choice, Portuguese or English, so it does not send you to the wrong version next time. That stays on your own device and never reaches us.
We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, heatmaps or advertising cookies. There is no form on this page: when you click for an audit, the conversation opens in WhatsApp, which is a Meta service and follows Meta’s own privacy policy.
What happens when you contact us
When you message us on WhatsApp, send an email or write on Instagram, we receive what you sent: your name, phone or email, and whatever you told us about your business. We use it to reply, to prepare the audit and, if it becomes a partnership, for the day-to-day work.
We do not sell or trade that data. We keep it while a conversation or a contract is active, and after that only for as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.
Who we share it with
Only the tools needed to do the work: our email provider, WhatsApp, and the advertising platforms when we are the ones running a client’s ad account. Each of those services has its own privacy policy.
When we run an ad account or a website for you, the data in it is yours. When the partnership ends, the account and its history stay with you.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), you can ask at any time for: confirmation that we hold data about you, access to it, correction of anything wrong, a copy in a readable format, and deletion of whatever the law does not require us to keep.
Ask by email at contato@eibenhaus.com. We answer within 15 days and charge nothing for it. If you are in the European Union or in California, the equivalent rights apply the same way, through the same address.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If it happens by mistake, write to us and we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we ever start using an advertising pixel, a form or analytics on the site, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
