What we did
- An identity that looks like a real pub: stained glass, wood and brewery lettering, not a generic bar template.
- A schedule calendar: every gig, every match and every deal with its own artwork.
- Posts and stories on the room’s rhythm, published on the day they matter.
- Ad creative to fill the house on the slower nights of the week.
The idea
The first thing we fixed was the calendar. A bar that posts its schedule two days out loses the table to the one that posted on Wednesday. So the communication started following the week of the house instead of the mood of whoever was posting.
The rest was making the identity show up where the customer touches it: glass, wall, menu and phone screen telling the same story.
